Positioned at the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon emerges from NEOM’s expansive desert expanse, presenting itself as a gleaming mirage on the horizon. Two futuristic towers, one soaring to 225 meters (740 feet) and the other reaching 275 meters (900 feet), define the property. Comprising a 41-key luxury hotel and fourteen suites and apartments, Epicon also includes an adjacent resort featuring an additional 120 rooms and 45 beachfront residential villas.

The Epicon towers, characterized by their sleek and futuristic architecture, stand out for their vertical utilization of space. Despite their impressive height, the buildings occupy a relatively modest footprint on the desert landscape. Envisioned as a gateway to the future and an escape from reality, the project invites guests and residents to unwind at a beach club and partake in wellness treatments at a spa. Nestled along the Gulf of Aqaba, leading into the Red Sea, the site encourages guests to engage in water sports and explore the natural surroundings of the coast. Epicon’s announcement follows the recent introduction of Leyja, NEOM’s sustainable tourism destination set within a natural valley.
