Luxury car brands like Aston Martin, Mercedes-Benz, and Bugatti are getting into high-end real estate, creating skyscrapers that stand out in the skyline. Aston Martin recently unveiled the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, a unique sail-shaped building.
This project, announced in 2016 and set to finish in 2021, is Aston Martin’s first venture into real estate. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way near the Miami River, the 817-foot tower is the tallest residential building in the southern U.S., below New York City. The design, a collaboration between Aston Martin, architect Rodolfo Miani, and G&G Business Developments, resembles Dubai’s Burj Al Arab with its steel and glass façade, fitting its marina location.
The building’s highlights are on floors 52 to 55, connected by a stunning glass staircase. Residents can enjoy a two-story fitness center with ocean views, an art gallery, cinemas, a golf simulator, a business center, conference rooms, a children’s playroom, and a spa with a salon and barber shop.
Inside, the residences showcase Aston Martin’s design style. Keyless doors in Kestrel tan leather, bespoke handles, and carbon fiber areas adorn the interiors of the 66-floor building with 391 luxury units. The units range from one to five bedrooms and lavish penthouses, including a special “Unique Triplex Penthouse” spanning 2,526 square meters over three floors. Each unit is elegantly designed with a range of colors and finishes, along with services like private butlers, an art gallery, and more, offering a life of luxury.
