Unwanted apps can clutter your device, take up storage, and even slow it down. Here’s how to remove them effectively:
1. On Android
- Via Settings: Go to Settings > Apps or Applications > Manage Apps. Select the app and tap Uninstall.
- Via Home Screen: Long-press the app icon, then drag it to the Uninstall option or tap Uninstall from the pop-up menu.
- Pre-installed Apps: Some apps cannot be uninstalled but can be disabled. In Settings > Apps, select the app and tap Disable.
2. On iPhone/iPad
- Via Home Screen: Long-press the app until it jiggles, then tap the X or Remove App. Confirm by selecting Delete App.
- Via Settings: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Select the app and tap Delete App.
3. On Windows PC
- Start Menu: Right-click the app in the Start Menu and select Uninstall.
