Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has initiated the construction of Burj Azizi, poised to become the world’s second tallest tower, with a valuation of $1.5 billion. Nestled on a prime parcel along Dubai’s vibrant Sheikh Zayed Road, the project is set to redefine the city’s skyline. The envisioned completion timeline is four years, promising an impressive array of features, including a vertical mall, opulent residences and penthouses, a 7-star hotel, a unique observation deck, and a plethora of high-end dining options. Azizi’s team is preparing to unveil the official date for the groundbreaking ceremony in the city.

DUBAI SETS THE STAGE FOR THE WORLD’S SECOND TALLEST TOWER

Upon the culmination of Burj Azizi, Dubai will proudly claim two of the tallest structures globally, with the first being the awe-inspiring Burj Khalifa, soaring to a breathtaking height of 830 meters. Mirwais Azizi, the Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Today marks a special milestone as we embark on the realization of one of my visionary projects in Dubai.
