Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphics editor developed and marketed by Adobe Inc. It is used by graphic designers, illustrators, and artists to create scalable vector graphics, logos, typography, and other design elements.

Vector graphics are digital images that are created using mathematical equations to define lines, curves, and shapes. This allows vector graphics to be scaled up or down without losing quality, making them ideal for use in logos, illustrations, and other design projects.

Adobe Illustrator includes a wide range of tools and features to help designers create and edit vector graphics.

      • Pen tool: used to draw and manipulate vector paths
      • Shape tools: used to create basic shapes such as rectangles, circles, and polygons
      • Type tools: used to add and manipulate text
      • Pathfinder: used to combine or separate shapes
      • Gradient tool: used to create gradient fills

Illustrator also includes various panels for managing layers, swatches, and styles, as well as integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop and InDesign.
