Watch crown position designs

I like my crowns at the 3 o’clock position on watches, and most of the do come in that position. I have been so used to them there that it is odd to see the crown in any other position like the the 4 o’clock position. But there are some watches that have crowns at the 10 o’clock and 4 o’clock positions. Chronographs have a crown at the 3 0’clock position and two buttons at the 2 0’clock and 4 0’clock positions (used for things like a stopwatch).
