Snuuzu has a new inflatable mattress made for Tesla Model Y and 3, offering a cozy sleeping option on the go. The mattress comes in a duffel bag, perfect for camping or road trips. Setting it up is easy: fold down the rear seats, unroll the mattress, and place it behind the front seats. An integrated pump inflates or deflates the bed with a button press, turning the car into a comfy sleeping space.
The mattress has multiple layers, including an organic top, cushioned foam, and a patented surface technology for a smooth sleeping area. This tech adjusts to the car’s shape, keeping a flat surface despite the uneven rear seats, ensuring comfort.
Designed to fit snugly over the seat edges, the mattress stays firm and supportive even when leaned on. You can adjust the bed’s firmness to your liking. When it’s time to go, deflate the mattress, pack it in the duffel bag, and store it in the car’s sub-trunk.
Developed in 2016 by Per Tegel, Omar Tegel, and Djai Bereiter in collaboration with German and Dutch manufacturers, the mattress has received praise from Tesla owners in Silicon Valley. It currently fits Model Y and Model 3, with potential for more models in the future.
The campaign for Snuuzu’s mattress is live now, with deliveries set for December 2024. The package includes the mattress, an internal pump, a USB-C charging cable, and optional pillows. A full pump charge lasts four hours for multiple inflations, while a quick 30-minute charge is enough for one inflation.
