Seawolf X: Rossinavi’s AI-Powered Hybrid Catamaran

Rossinavi recently launched a hybrid-electric catamaran called M/Y Seawolf X, powered by artificial intelligence. The onboard AI system, ‘Rossinavi AI,’ can learn from observation and predict guests’ needs. It assists the crew with cruising and advises the captain on navigation and water conditions.

The Rossinavi AI also manages the catamaran’s battery pack, keeping it between 20 and 80 percent for a longer lifespan. The M/Y Seawolf X has impressive range capabilities, operating in full electric mode on day trips, mostly electric on multi-day trips, and 80 percent electric on transatlantic voyages. In hibernation mode, it reduces consumption autonomously.

Equipped with solar panels, the catamaran captures sunlight to power onboard equipment or a villa when docked. It can be fully recharged in five hours at shore power and has two diesel generators for quick battery recharging. The design collaboration includes Fulvio de Simoni Yacht Design for the exterior and Meyer Davis Studio for the interiors, giving the vessel a sleek, sports car look with a curved aluminum structure resembling waves.

The interior offers outdoor living spaces, including a pool-centered cockpit, a spacious sundeck, and a bow area with a hidden pool and convertible home theater. The M/Y Seawolf X is Rossinavi’s first hybrid-electric AI catamaran.
