The Italian bathroom furniture company Antoniolupi is expanding its design expertise beyond the washroom with the launch of its ‘Living’ collection – a range of home furnishings that complement its renowned bathroom pieces.
Drawing from its artisanal manufacturing roots, Antoniolupi has partnered with prominent designers like Carlo Colombo, Paolo Ulian, AL_Studio, Brian Sironi and Gumdesign to craft armchairs, sideboards, beds and sofas that embody the brand’s refined elegance.
“With the Living collection, Antoniolupi makes another creative leap into interior design, applying its distinct daring language across the domestic space,” said a company spokesperson.
Among the standout pieces is Carlo Colombo’s series of minimalist yet playful beds, including the geometric Charlie with its trapezoidal upholstered headboard, and the sleek Sofi with its sparkling brill aluminum frame. His aristocratic Ginevra bed appears to float, contrasting a thin metal base with bold padding.
Colombo has also designed sofas like the modular Neverland and Oliver for the Living range, allowing Antoniolupi to bring its versatile space understanding from the bathroom to living areas meant for socializing and relaxation.
Highlighting this versatility is the Teorema seating system, a collaborative creation with Gumdesign and AL Studio offering modular poufs, varied seat heights and upholstery options to dynamically adapt to daily needs.
As Antoniolupi deftly balances functional durability with fashionable style in the bathroom realm, the Living collection aims to infuse these same principles into furnishings for the modern home.
