How does it work?
It’s really simple. On the checkout page you will add your name and email address.
Once payment has been made, I will add you to Trello and you will get an email for access.
Start requesting jobs. You can also email us whenever you need.
I can just hire a full-time designer? Why Designboyo?
To hire a full-time senior-level designer per year now exceeds £80,000, plus benefits (if you can find a good one). You may not have enough work to keep them busy all the time, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.
You pay for one month with us and can continue to pay for more if you are happy. This way you can make sure you’re only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
How many requests I can have? Limits?
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Who are the designers?
Me and my team. When we are overloaded or have some animations or custom illustrations, they are done by partner designers.
What design programs do you use?
Figma. Webflow.
How do I request designs?
We use Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Everything can be done in Trello.
What if I don’t like the design?
That’s fine! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
If work has not started yet and you cancel straight away, you can have a full refund.
Due to the high quality nature of the work once started, there will be no refunds issued.
