The xBloom coffee machine made its debut in 2022 with a lot of excitement. It was designed by a former Apple designer and aimed to blend the convenience of capsule machines with the quality of premium beans.
The new xBloom Studio model, similar to the original, comes with some upgrades. It is more affordable and offers more preparation options while keeping the hands-on coffee-making experience.
Both models have grinders and carafes, but the Studio model has a digital scale, knobs, and an LED display for adjusting settings. The design changes, like textured dials, improve user experience.
Customization is a highlight of the xBloom Studio. It offers three automation modes: Autopilot, Copilot, and FreeSolo, catering to different preferences. Autopilot Mode uses NFC cards for automatic settings, Copilot Mode allows more customization through an app, and FreeSolo Mode gives full manual control.
The Studio’s grinder has 80 grind sizes and adjustable speeds, with an ionizer to prevent static. It can be connected to a water source or filled manually.
As we look forward to testing the xBloom Studio, there is hope that it will outperform its predecessor, offering a better coffee experience.
